The guys at Corel developed a solution and published it in the Corel Painter Knowledge Base in an article called Painter Users with. If you installed the update and you tried to open Painter, it simply would not open or you got an error messages telling you that you needed to reinstall Painter, which wouldn’t work either. However, this time, there was some sort of conflict with Corel Painter 2015, Corel Painter X3, Wacom tablets, and Microsoft’s NET Framework. If you are like me, you have your system set to automatically download and install Windows Updates. This came automatically with a Windows update. Microsoft had an update of its NET Framework software. Sometime last month I believe I am not exactly sure.
